Meet Krystle and Nychole Krystle Owner Kids Division Manager 7 12 yr olds Teen Division Manager 13 17 yr olds grew up as a professional child actor She starred in the Off Broadway Musical Circle Of Friends at the age of 10 and filmed her first TV Pilot at the age of 11 A few years later Krystle attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and majored in Musical Theater Since college she has worked as an adult professional actor in about 35 states through theme park work regional theater work and national tours In addition to KLT Krystle owns a Musical Theater and Dance studio The Talent Lab and works as a Musical Theater and Dance Instructor across the state of NJ Nychole Youth Division Manager 0 6 yr olds and Teen Division Manager 13 17 yr olds grew up as a professionally trained singer dancer and actor Nychole has many years of acting sing and dancing experience Nychole is a state and national talent winner for her vocal and singing pieces Nychole has been a part of the business for many years and has experience with helping children reach their full potential She has taught dance and musical theater throughout the state of NJ Most importantly Nychole is a wife and mother of a 1 year old and 2 stepchildren

Meet Denise Denise Payroll Manager has over 30 years experience as a Pageant Mom and Mom a ger for her two daughters who happen to be Krystle and Nychole As a Mom of two talented daughters I can identify with supporting your child s desire and dream to work in this industry I m excited to be part of this talented and exciting team who works very hard to fulfill their Client s dreams and to be a part of their success When not dedicating my time to KLT Management I work for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company in New Jersey as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist where I have worked for the past 17 years
